CANCELLATION POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will require a new deposit before future bookings can be made. • Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. • Due to limited space, additional guests are not permitted unless approved.
